Okay, I'm sending this out now to get an idea of who's around and wants to get together in Michigan this holiday season. C and I are planning to be there Dec. 17-23 (the 17th and 23rd being travel days but there may be some wiggle room). Emily mentioned she and Steve would be around then too. Short, you live in K-zoo and I assume you'll still be ( Read more... )

Yeah, so Steve and I get in to GR on the 17th in the evening, and we'll be staying at his parents' house in Lansing. We may have plans for a Christmas party already on Friday the 19th with some of his (and Bethany's) old friends. Other than that, we're free through the 23rd and should be able to borrow a car from the in-laws to drive places. We'll be flying home on the 29th, and we'll probably be driving to IL to visit my parents the 26-28ish. Anyway, I'd love to see you all, since you losers couldn't make it to our wedding ;) I won't have the offical wedding album yet, but I'll probably bring books that I've made of our wedding and honeymoon pictures. (Although you've probably all seen them by now.)

I have a similar schedule do Dawn's. I'll arrive in DTW on 12/24 and depart on 1/4. I have to dedicate 24-27 to my family, as it is the only time we will all be in town together and we have lots of wedding planning to do while we're all together.

I would come to a get-together on the 20th-22nd or... 27th or 28th and later. Between that is family time

I live here! I'm in whenever. :)

Shall we tentatively plan on getting together Saturday the 20th for those of you in town then? Saturday would work well for me because I wouldn't have to take an extra day off work, though I am willing to do so for you guys if another day works out better!

Also, my humble home is open for gathering, feasting, or sleeping, should it be convenient! Though again: willing to drive if it works out better. I suspect it will come down to what works best for the lady with kids.

We can do the evening of the 20th. My Honeysett Christmas is that day (I haven't been to it in 10 years and C has never met most of this family- it's kind of the main reason we're coming to MI at all). But it's in the afternoon (I think like 2-ish) so we could sneak out and meet at Shorts around 7pm easy. LET'S GET TOGETHER!!!
