The only thing I can think of is telling you guys that the Air Force was forcing me back to active duty for a tour in Iraq. I enjoyed the subsequent hostility.

But I found this wonderful site full of harmless pranks, and I HEREBY DECLARE that I will not miss another April 1st without doing atleast 1 of these or a reasonable replacement prank for the rest of my days.

Forgetful

Tape magnets to the bottom of an empty coffee cup, and attach it to the top of your car. Laugh at all the people who frantically try to get your attention as you drive by.

Years ago I popped my head into my parents' fridge, and was about to grab a yogurt. I looked at the label and it had a picture of a laughing donkey on it and proclaimed it's "happy jalepeno" flavor. I asked my mother 1) where she found jalepeno flavored Dannon yogurt, and 2) why in the name of God she would buy it. She, of course, looked at me like I was an idiot. I grabbed the yogurt cup to show her, and then noticed that it was carefully taped over a run-of-the-mill peach-flavored cup. The label was professionally done, like something from a Mad Magazine

My sis-in-law was running on the treadmill when my eight-year-old nephew came in with a great big glass of ice water for her.
She thanked him and took a big drink. He started giggling and when she questioned him he shouted, "April Fool's, it was toilet water!"
