I've been waking up at noon, regardless of how early I hit the sack, and I've been waking up tired.
Initially, I figured it was just the adjustment, and that things would return to normal as I settled in, but I've been here a month now - a little over, actually, I think.
I'm starting to wonder if it's something I should bring up with the doctor.

It got MUCH worse, and would not get better until I started taking Ostalin.
Worth getting some bloody tests done either way.
If you're body isn't functioning as it should, and you haven't been doing anything abnormal (eating total crap, binge drinking, etc), then go see a Doctor. They spend their ENTIRE LIVES studying medicine just so they can answer the question "So, what the heck is going on in this body anyways?"

Hmmmn.
Admittedly, I haven't been getting hungry 'til about 7pm most days, and am having to actively convince myself to eat breakfast and lunch.

Also, when I get stressed for a long period, I need far more sleep and wake up unrested often and no matter how long I sleep it's not enough. You've just moved cities and been injured and had legal battles over flats and your routines are outta whack.
Set your alarm for 8am and get up at the same time daily, you will be tired whenever you get up so it makes no real difference. Get into a routine - shower, breakfast on the balcony and soak some light, jobhunt, light excercise, deal with whatever is on your "today list", then lunch etc. Be nice to yourself and tell your body politely, but firmly, that this is it's new routine and it may as well get used to it.
And if that REALLY doesn't work after a few weeks trying hard, then head to a doctor.
