YAY, finally someone I can ask about this... I keep wondering how yarns with larger objects knit up. Do you have any examples of how the yarn with the lace would look once knit? Is it more difficult to knit with that yarn? Does it have to be done on really large needles?

Sorry to bug you. I have just been wanting to ask someone that for awhile now.
*hugs*

P.S. I liek the colors on the hearts hanging by a thread skein :-)

Thank you and you can bug me anytime. :-)

They will knit up like a regular yarn except that you'll have a "thingy" occaisionally. You can usually pull said "thingy" to the front or the back of the piece as you work.

I think a lace pattern would be lost with a textural yarn. A simple piece with a simple pattern stitch would be ideal. You could knit it with large needles if you wish, but it wouldn't be necessary.

Thank you :-) I hope it wasn't too silly of a question.

I keep seeing those kinds of yarns and I was worried about them until now.
