I love how Microsoft is like the richest company on earth but they can't spare some piddling change to make sure discs don't get destroyed.

Unless of course, that's their plan to make more money...

There's a second hand store down on the main drag coming into school (Forbes Ave or Fifth Ave? I always get the two confused, but its the road that leads toward school) that buys and sells used games, movies, cd's etc and when I was in there the other day I saw a sign behind the counter that said that they can apparently refurbish discs...just as a matter of "good to know" info in case that ever happens again maybe just take a walk over after class on day and ask them what they charge...I would think that it wouldn't be an arm and a leg...I forget the actual name of the store, but its on the opposite side of the street from Game Stop and not far past the Campus Clothing shop and Pamela's Pancake resturant.
