Okay, I don't know anything about RocketMan, but I am really enjoying this story! I love that Jim is such a speed junkie, and that his talent and genius is being shown in this story. Most of the time, his intelligence is overlooked, and not many people realize just how smart he is. I especially loved his mental chess game.

Keep the Bones/Chekov innuendos coming, because I love them!

I anxiously await a new chapter!

I'm really glad. Seeing the movie would probably help you imagine some of the things that are happening a bit better (such as the tests), but I don't really think it is necessary to the understanding of the story. *shrug* :) Jim is most definitely showing off his intelligence in this story. It's just a shame that he's been glued to Winona's side for so long that he didn't get to take advantage of some of that potential.

I will most definitely be keeping the innuendos coming. I am quite fond of them. XD

So far this has been fantastic. I like Jim's childish enthusiasm as he gets to do all of the things he's always dreamed of. Also, all of the suspense when Spock's around is super hot! I can't wait to see what happens next :)
