I'm not usually one to expound about great TV shows, but if you haven't seen any of the Season 1 episodes of HBO's "Rome" - rent them and then start catching up on Season 2.  My biggest disappointment is that Season 2 only has 6 episodes.  The show is fabulous - the scenery is lush and the acting is superb.  Kudos to HBO for this series ( Read more... )

I got a call from the woman about the job I had interviewed for, and was told she had chosen the other candidate.  She apologized profusely and stated that she had not expected to get two candidates with such stellar resources and skills, but the she felt the other candidate was a better fit for the position.  It was not unexpected as I had a bad ( Read more... )
