My sister says yes. Check with Mark though, they could just make you look "ghetto", meaning it could be just as easily used for black people as well.

Yeah, but I really think this is more of a Mexican thing. I don't think too many black girls wear hoop earrings. Of course, I could be totally wrong. Frankly, I think hoop earrings look good on just about everyone, but that could just be the Mexican in me.
