So I've realized my philosophy on retail... or any job, really. You work at one place until you can't take their bullshit anymore, then you find another job that has a different kind of bullshit. Maybe nicer people but less pay. Or shittier people with better pay. More fucked-up customers. Stiflingly retarded management. Inane company policies.

I want to start this off with a term of endearment, but there are so few that I feel actually comfortable in using with someone who I'm not physically intimate. None, actually. Sweetie, sugar, honeypie and all other sugar-or-sugar-substitute terms sound like a waitress in a retro 1950's diner should be saying them. Baby, which does not affront what little masculinity I have, is my preferred term for a relationship. Girl needs to be pronounced with a lisp and a snap(how, I don't know), in my mind. And bitch is not only hazardous to my health, but also too forceful for this mild comment
