Back back back! What did I miss? Yesterday it seemed like I'd been away for about six months, most of them on aeroplanes. The thought of coming back and living my silly, chaotic life in over-crowded, grumpy London again seemed fairly dreadful for a while; right up until I got back to my street and there was a sandwich board outside my local pub

The BBC only host their podcasts for 7 days, so you can't get past editions. I should still have the Kermode ones for the last 3 weeks & can put them up somewhere for you when I get home.

Yes let's! I have to go to Socktopus again soon (maybe after work on a Thursday as it doesn't close till 8) if you fancy accompanying me; otherwise, let's do something the weekend after this one. I will need to compare thoughts on Eurovision with you - it really won't be the same, watching it on iPlayer by myself and not being able to argue over our wildly different opinions on who should get 12 points...

I was thinking about that shopping trip you vaguely suggested and seeing how neither of us want to cry in shops, and I think you have lots of lovely clothes, I was wondering if you'd rather do a wardrobe sort out and find new ways of putting together the stuff you like and make a list of the things you need so you can get them online without thinking about it too much?

Ooh, maybe - we should hang out and discuss it first. I read the book by Linda Grant about clothes while I was on holiday, and while I've forgotten its name, she made me think about clothes differently and realise it's part of my life I need to sort out somehow... (Erk!)
