I would've been one of those people who assumed the three-bean jar was some kind of trick - probably involving clever use of perspective or MIND CONTROL.

I remember how many there were! If anyone gets it I will go out and buy them jellybeans, so astonished will I be. Though one of the guessers on the day did get within three beans of correct.

I liked the bit where one of the girls didn't speak English, and you translated all the questions into German, startling her father. And the many bits where helpful parents corrected their children and made them more wrong.
