vegan cake's a big deal in these parts. I'm partial enough to eat the Courgette and Avocado cake almost exclusively when cake is needed, and I'm not even a little bit vegan. Also workplace yoga for the win

I can't quite make the mental leap to understanding how avocado can be in a cake, but I'm in Oxford on Sunday so I'll look out for it!

Awesomely is how. They definitely have it at the Art Cafe on Bonn Square (opposite the new Westgate entrance) and I think it's also on the cake shelf at Combibos on Gloucester Green

I saw it in the Scandi-style cafe on the top of John Lewis! But it was early in the day, so I ate some Swedish pancakes instead. Next time!
