Go a size larger than you usually would with the Demonia shoes. The heels look like they would support the five inches pretty easily. But then, I wear uber high heels all the time :P

I recently got shoes in that style :D Exactly the same, only had rivets! ^^ The toes are kind of smooshed so you have to a) break them in or b) uh... get weird pad thingys to support your feet?
