My thought on negativity

Sep 19, 2008 09:12

I had my eyes opened recently and decided that I no longer wanted negativity in my life every single day. I'm going to work on taking Ghandi's outlook: "Always aim at complete harmony of thought and word and deed. Always aim at purifying your thoughts and everything will be well."

Wow! I am so glad to see others following this path, it means a lot to me to be this way. I want to recommend a book to you, it is called "Wisdom" 365 thoughtd from Indian Masters by Danielle and Olivier Follmi. I got mine at Border's.

It's a life changing book and also has more sayings of Ghandi as well as other Indian masters. I read it everyday

There are few changes that can have as positive an effect on your life as eliminating (or significantly reducing) negativity -- both in terms of physical health as well as mental health (and, frankly, in terms of making your life more joyful).

Good luck, and let me know if I can help!

I think it's impossible to eliminate negativity completely but I hope to reduce it as much as I possibly can. And thank you. :)
