Yeah, I am constantly amused that the "47%" largely consists of (Republican) retirees and anyone in a combat zone. That's plinking toe by toe.

I had a Republican friend who commented on Facebook that she totally agreed with Romney on the 47% and people should just get off their lazy asses and work. So I asked if 85 year-olds should be showing more pluck? Of course not. Should those working and raising children get THREE jobs instead of two? No. Well I went through the whole thing breaking down the 47% and she dismissed each one.....then continued to say Romney was right about the 47%. *facepalm*

Ideology must not yield to mere facts. Remember The Great Lawmaker, Reagan -- "Facts are stupid things". She isn't interested in facts -- she believes.
