Just when I thought I was doing better... I feel worse

Well I am at work, I should be working but my head is aching so bad I can barely hold my head up from my desk. Not to mention the fact that I came back to basically being jobless as I have nothing to do but sort papers for eight hours a day, which I am thankful for none the less. Not to many people I know get paid eleven dollars an hour to sort pa
