I've started to have these anxiety attacks. I just totally freak out and have to be away from people. They last anywhere from 1-3 minutes. I'm just totally on edge. I'm so tired, I cried for most of our session. Next week she sees me alone, thank God. I'm tired of my parents being there. I'm completely exhausted. Nothing else very new, just trying to stay awake and such.
