Sometimes I'm uncertain of my future. I don't know what will happen in the next year. I won't pretend to know where I'm headed. But of this I am certain: the plans You have for me are much greater, and far more splendorous than I could have ever imagined. Knowing this, I have nothing to fear.

Tsunamis and kilometres.
Wow, I can't believe we're on tsunami alert. After having just finished reading The Five Greatest Warriors, I can't help but feel slightly uneasy whenever I hear about natural disasters.

Valentine's Day & the Cinnabon disaster.
Valentine's Day started very early for me this year. Woke up in the wee hours of the morning to bake Burt's V-day present, home-made Cinnabon. All is well until I realize I'm missing an ingredient. Making Cinnabon.
For Valentine's Day this year, I want to make something special for Burt. I've decided to try and make him a dessert that would best express the way I feel for him. I thought of a few things.
