...and yes, we pay an insane amount of rent for only me to be the one bringing home any fucking money. But we also don't want to make the mistake of buying a house under the guise of 'we're saving money in the end' and want to move as soon as we have kids.
plus, the houses we want out here are in the million and half and up range, sooo muthafucker better get a j-o-b soon, my eggs are dying as we speak.

Uhm. You pay a good price for a stunning flat with parking. You are not in that equation. What you have would be $3,500/mo. up here if its in a nice neighborhood like yours. But I'm sure since homes (location location location) arent much cheaper than up here you're better off just paying rent. ++++++ everything (clothes, food, gas, fooooooood) is cheaper there. Booyah.
