I've been under a lot of stress lately and inadvertently ended up with panic attacks from it. At least three in a day sometimes. My doctor started me on Zoloft a few days ago, and ever since then, i've been feeling better than I have in a long time. This is the calmest I've felt since elementary school. Until I started taking the meds, I never realized that I was in such a constantly anxious state of mind. It's good to feel that life is at an even and steady pace again.
This past sunday, I witnessed the marriage of one of my friends. The wedding shower and the following week leading up to the wedding felt so unreal and dreamlike. I couldn't believe she was getting married. However, once I was actually in the midst of wedding and reception, reality set in and I was (and am) extremely happy for her and her husband.
A few reception photos, and then on with the journaling...

I'll have to give her a call in a few days, and see how she's enjoying married life. =)
Spring semester began today. So far, I've had my spanish lab, and have the actual class in about an hour or so. The scheduling worked out well this semester. I have the majority of my classes on MWF, with the exception of my spanish classes on tuesday. (spanish is a four-day class) I have the good fortune of not having any classes on Thursdays, which is lovely. I've never had a day off during the week in the three years I've attended university. Have to drive to Grapevine following my last class, because I left my ipod at my parents' house. I can't stand going to the gym without music, so having it today is a must. Yes, I said The Gym. I'm getting into an actual exercise schedule now. Huzzah! For $50, I can attend any classes I want at my university gym. They have yoga classes almost every day of the week. I am in heaven. ^_^
I've still got plenty of time until my class, and I'm in need of revewing my vocab flash cards. Hooray for studying!
