2. Extra hand. That sounds like it could come in handy.
3. ICK...chewed food? um...Yeah eating chewed food sounds better than CLEAN someones toe pits (the level of dirty is not described) with my tongue.
4. Elbow. If it was on my nose, it might give me a neck ache from all the movement.
