Ok, I know, it's kinda weird. He was never what you would call a charismatic man. Or as Molly Ivins would say, the man had no Elvis. But he was smart, and cute in a boy scout-ish kinda way. i still watch the daily show religiously--but it seriously has lost it's fabulousness edge. they've resorted to dumb jokes like "poopie" "boobs" etc. however, sometimes there will be a moment where he tells people how it is... and you want to run up and kiss the television.

rick santorum was a guest a few weeks ago... oh there was humor. some daily shows are better than others, but any daily show has at least some redeeming value. that's my take on it.
