the first one is SO pretty, and the location is awesome!
lots of conveniences, near the freeways, but off the beaten track in what looks like a nice edition in ft worth.

#2 in saginaw is cute, but i am not a big fan of saginaw. there's just not much there, and you really have to drive into denton or dallas to do anything. it's near the freeway, but not much else.

#3 in frisco - i'm spoiled, i love frisco. it's a little far out for most people, up near little elm {where i have friends} and aubrey {where i have friends}. frisco has awesome stores and restaurants, and is "up and coming" so it's in a massive state of development.

#4 in keller - not as bad as saginaw, though not that far away from it. there's a lot more stuff near it, and it's practically walking distance from nokia {where i have friends, heh}. also near westlake, which is nice. i think i have friends in that neighborhood, too, and they're awesome friends. and the house is awesome!

Frisco is originally where I wanted to go, but most everything there is out of my budget. This was the only one in that price range. The thing I love about that one is that it reminds me of Old Towne Orange,my favorite place in CA.(and where we wanted to buy our first home when they weren't priced in the million-something range for a two bedroom)I have also heard great things about Frisco and Keller school districts. Both of my kids are in special education, so I need good schools.

The asking purchase price for number one is very cheap, that is why I keep going back to that one.Plus,it looks gorgeous in the pictures, lets just hope its just as nice in person and still available next week.

I hear the weather is in the 90s this week,I better put away the sweaters I bought this week and pack skirts and tank tops.

yeah, it's still pretty warm for the most part out here - save for today, when it's cool and rainy.

it might rain next week, though, and then it's really a tossup. sometimes it's that oppressive heat with rain, other times it is the cool with rain. forecast is saying 70s for highs, and low 60s for lows.

i always pack for everything, but i know that's a drag when you're flying and trying to stay under weight limits.
