Bart is good for breaking them out of the rut that exists in Michael’s memory of Ted Kord’s mouth and hands and love. He doesn’t let Michael use Jaime and he doesn’t let Jaime give in and let himself be used.

The speedster is all wide smiles and short, sharp kisses that cut Michael off before he can bring the memory of Ted back into their bed.
