get the big ass print framed and hold onto it... even if in a few years it becomes tacky, in 15 years if will be a fucking collectors item of cool.

I totally know what you mean about the living room president photos. I still see them in Grandmother houses, here. If you make an Obama cross-stitch pattern, I would like a copy.

I will! I'm all jazzed about it, and i'll probably go to michaels today to get the embroidery thread....The REAL question is this - plain or metallic floss?!

Yeah, i was in mpls only for a few days to hang out with the boyfriend. Our trips the last few months have been a tad sparse due to airline fares being throughthefuckingroof.

i personally think that obama is going to bring back the idea of the president as an icon. like mao...but awesome.

It's totally not lame! My boyfriend and I already decided that if we get an apartment together that we're going to put a framed picture of Obama on the mantle of our fireplace! If I grew up in the 60s, I would totally have a picture of Kennedy on my fireplace too. It's classy and for once, I'm proud to be an American. He's made the deaths of Martin Luther King and others truly not in vain. Anyway, yeah, do it!

wait wait..Rainbow is the crazy club spandex kinda like forever 21 but cheaper right?
