JAEJOONG POV
I woke up and smiled to myself as I felt Yunho breathing evenly beside me. I saw his phone flashing and I reached over and grabbed it. I looked at him frowning but gently woke him up.
"Yunnie.. yunnie wake up."
He slowly opened his eyes as he looked at me making me giggle at his cute expression.
"What's a matter Boo?"
I blushed as I heard his voice come out huskier then normal but I compsed my self and gave him his phone. He frowned and opened it.
"Jung speaking."
He paused and looked at me then sighed.
"Tell them I know where he's at.-----yes yes, I'll speak with his father."
There was a long pause as I watched him.
"I understand sir, for how long has your son been missing? ----No no, at school?"
Yunho smirked at me then spoke again.
"Sir, He is with me---- no I am not going to let you have him back. Sir.----- yes he maybe----- fine. Do what you have to do sir but I did an investigation already. he came to me and told me everything---- I'm not kidding, a of right now I have custody of your son until your served and he hearing begins."
He looked at me as I realized who he was talking to, My father. Yunho suddenly became very stern and sat up straight.
"You know your threatening a police officer, You can be----- Do what you have to do."
I looked at Yunho as he hung up and looked at me with a frown.
"BooJae, I filed a cast against your father some days ago before we came back..... I want to do this right because I know you don't want me to kill anymore. Baby..... I won't let them hurt you again alright?"
I nodded and smiled at him.

YUNHO POV
I really didn't like lying to Jaejoong but it was necessary. He didn't need to know that I was actually going to KILL his father. And his mother if I ever got the chance. Maybe his grandfather too. I took him to school and talked to the principle and all his teachers. He was NOT to leave the school at all unless it was me, Junsu or Yoochun. There was NO EXCEPTIONS. I was taking every precaution I could. After i left I drove to my workplace and went to my office. Inside my office Jaejoong's parents were sitting there with 2 armed officers. Jaejoong's father stood up. I could see where Jaejoong got his good looks from now, both from his parents even though they were both dirt to me. I felt disgust rise up in me and I walked infront of my desk looking at them calmly.
"Yes?"
"We want our son back."
"I don't think so. You've hurt him enough, we are going to document the scars on his body."
I watched in satisfaction as they both paled and looked at me shocked at what I had jsut said.
"That's right, he SHOWED me what you have done to him and everythign you did, from the beatings from his grandfather, the humiliation and food torture.... EVERYTHING. Don't think the system will go easy on you. i won't let it happen, YOU WILL BE SERVING FOR YOUR SINS. Please get them out of my sight."
I looked at them as they were pulled away and I walked around my desk and sat down. I pulled out my cell phone and sent Jaejoong a text.

JAEJOONG POV
I was sitting in my class when my phone started to vibrate...
~Boo r u in class yet?~
~yes Yunnie.... I am, love u <3~
I put my phone on my lap and smiled when it vibrated again.
~Boo, I'm bored, work is borrring, I wish we were home alone boo Jae ;D~
I softly giggled and made sure the teacher wasn't looking again.
~naughty yunnie! me too ...... ;D~
I giggled again after sending the message as my class ended and I packed up, I went to my next class and sat in the back with my phone and looked at the new text.
~baby... ah I wish we could both ditch so we could hangout together... damn Yoochun and Junsu have the day off....~
Smiling I was about to answer back until it was snatched from my hands. FUCK.
"what's this...?"
I grabbed it back and got out of the reply message. I was glad I put a lock on it. Yoochun had tinkered with it too the point that even the data ON the phone was hard to extract. only He could do it. It was snatched back and the kid tried to get into my phone.
"What's the code."
"Give it back, it's none of your buisness!"
Some of the other students looked at me shocked that I was fighting back but watched at him and I got into it.
"No, why does a whore need such a nice looking phone? if yo uwant money I-"
"NO! I'm NOT a whore! Give it back it was a gift!"
"Oh from a rich customer?"
My fiery spiked and I stood up and was about to swing until the phone was snatched from him as well. we both turned and AJ was standing there looking none to pleased. He held my phone and stared down the guy who in turn backed up and sulked away. AJ sighed and handed back my phone and sat beside me.
"AJ, why did he just..."
"He's afraid of me... of my family. My older brother Ji Hoon is what people would call... a 'gang lord' or something..."
He looked at me and then looked away.
"You don't wanna be friends anymore right?"
"THAT'S SO COOL!"
He looked at me shocked and I smiled at him. I watched as he blushed slightly then looked away. I giggled and messed with my phone.
"AJ, I love being your friend."
He smiled at me and nodded.

By lunch time word had spread about the confrontation. it felt good that no one was harrasing me and the best part was that I had a true FRIEND. I smiled for the nth time that day as I walked him to the gates and hugged him.
"Thanks for having my back AJ... I- Thank you."
He hugged back tightly and suddenly kissed my head. I was suprised but he pulled back smiling and patted my head.
"Anytime Jae!"
I watched him as he walked to a sleek car parked outside and got into the passange side.
I think this frinedship is going to last a life time

In the back seat Jihoon looked at his brother who had jsut gotten in.
"Who's that? another girl your gonna toy with?"
"No bro, this one is the real thing! and it's a He! omo he's prefect...."
Jihoon nodded and they drove off.

Jaejoong smiled to himself thinking everything would be good from here on out. Without his knowledge Yunho had seen the whole exchange and was seething in rage and jealousy.
"Jaejoong is MINE. not some little PUNK. MINE."
