Sick?!

I made it to day 19 before I got sick and had to stop...
I'm still sick. What now?
I went to Vegas, and met my future brother and sister. Adam and I thought they were great. They took us to a bunch of amazing places and the food was amazing. I just wish that I hadn't gotten sick. I'm so disappointed. I was doing so well.

It's okay to get sick. It's all a matter of finding the right time to return to exercise. I haven't found mine yet, but I tend to get sicker for longer. I'm glad that your future brother and sister were great. Mine doesn't give a damn about me. She's entertaining simply because she's a train wreck.
