But I did sign up for uberduber membership so I had better do something with it since I'm paying every month >.Not sure if anyone else in the world cares, but has ( Read more... )

Sure, his life is falling apart, but maybe, just maybe, he can feel a little bit better about himself.

that, or he's hoping god will forgive him so that he can still "get into heaven". or something. christians are weird.

Maybe this is just ignorance talking, but aren't Evangelists just hardcore Christians? If so, then I guess they believe in forgiveness and all that stuff, so maybe God can let this one slide. It just seems like a lot to expect given the collective religious practices of the group.

supposedly, but they seem more interested in condemning people than they do in forgiving them.

That does seem to be the case in most major religions ...probably even in minor ones too.

Awesome! I love it when I'm agreed with.

How the heck are you? How's the frozen north treating you?

I'm doing well! I'm pretty homesick, but I really love it here. Needless to say I'm pretty torn between the two places. And yes, it is quite frozen - we got our first snowfall today. It didn't really stick, though...

How are you? How's work and all that good stuff treating you?

Home is a name, a word, it is a strong one; stronger than magician ever spoke, or spirit ever answered to, in the strongest conjuration.

You're a few weeks behind us - we got our first snowfall two weeks or so ago. It was pretty crazy, too in some parts of the city. It's pretty much all gone now, though, so it's all good.

I'm doing good right now. I'm working a lot, though my actual busy-ness ebbs and flows, and in my free time I'm reading voraciously. I'm not sure what happened but all of a sudden I can't get enough of books. Maybe it's because I joined a book club? Dunno. Anyway, I haven't written much ina while, and I'm trying to find some sort of creative writing group to join somewhere in the immediate area (the only I've found that looks any good is in CO Springs).

So, life is treating me just fine :) I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving and stuffing my face with turkey and whatnot.

How's school going? Are you enjoying it?
