heh. I went in today alone and got in the back of a LONG line (behind a couple of the budget analysts in PM that I know a teensy bit), and he SHOUTED my name across the room at me ;) Which made me go, "Eek!" of course. And then one of the budget analysts turned around and looked at me and kind of huffed and said, "He never remembers MY name!" Which kind of amused me a bit. He likes us ;)

LOL, too funny. We ARE his favorite customers, after all. Of course he likes us! Plus being nice and considerate and remembering his name probably endears us even more.
