So, with 2 1/2 months left of living with my parents, I'm definitely taking advantage of every second of home-cooked meals & having my ever-loving horse right in my backyard. You never realize how special a simple convenience like that is until you are about to lose it.

And that night sky - so gorgeous, thats what I love about the open space - you get to bask in the glory of those beautiful sunsets- and sunrises.

It's funny how having your horse so close to you doesnt seem like anything "special" (well, it is, but theres a difference between your backyard, and a barn 15 miles away), Before I moved away from home almost 2 years ago, I never realized how lucky I was to be so close to my horse, until I moved away - and was without him for a year- it was horrible, you take advantage every moment you can after that... :)

Gorgeous sunset! :) You are very forunate to have had your horse in your backyard..but the time you two spend together will seem even more valuable when you move out.
