After a week and a half laid up sick, I've finally removed myself from my droolencrusted spot on the couch and returned to running. At first, I felt like I would die, but it's getting easier. I'm finding that I am getting back into the groove I was in faster than it took to get there (thankfully) so by next week I should be back to my half mile
