you know, you are lucky your job is fine with dreads :) And seeing as they are, there is no reason not to go for real dreads if you love having dreads all the time.

If you went for interview anywhere you can always say that if you hair was a problem you would cut it off.

I say go for it, No need to worry about your natural hair getting dreaded at the roots- becasue that will be waht you want!

Gracey's work looks good and she is very experienced.

When you're tired of dreads just brush them out :) I did as I couldn't bear to have short hair. It was time consuming and I did cut my hair after but I had more choice what to do with it.
i washed my hair with industrial strength conditioner and brushed it out with a dread comb and magic aussie spray that helps retain your hairs strength and condition :)

I wish I could get my real hair dreaded! Alas, it's not long enough now, and my employers would probably tell me to sod off.
