Hi, I saw your comment to a friend of mine and then saw your profile. I've got ACM/SM. No lupus, yet, but I've got fibromyalgia as well.

I'm out in Lisle to be exact.

Very small world. I'm trying to get a support group going for acm/sm. I think we'd have a lot of people.

Ok, i know where Lisle is. i have been there a few times. i live in the city--near wicker park area.
That would be cool to start an ACM group. Its really ironic that we would have a lot of people because at one time it was believed to be an extremely rare condition-- like in the top 100 rarest conditions, but now that the technology has caught up and the doctors are more aware, it seems to be a bit more common than anyone thought. Its still rare, mind you, but defitely not as rare as once believed. Tell me, have you been decompressed? If not, are you going to? i have not had surgery yet, and i do not plan on it....esp. since i have not developed SM.
