So, is the little girl the daughter of River and the Doctor? Or a future version of the Doctor? And how does that fit with the scene we saw at the beginning of the last ep - where, presumably, the girl (OR is it future!River) in the astronaut suit shoots the future Doctor?

It's all a wibbly-wobblym timey-wimey ball of... stuff!
