Actually, it's Food Truck Thursday AND Friday!

Yesterday was Fojol Brothers: Benethiopia where I had the Beef Berbere and the Beets&Beans. The beef was tender and flavorful. There were no beans to be seen in the Beets&Beans but the beets were very nicely prepared. Everything was just a hair too spicy, but the injera bread helped to soak up some

I keep on wanting to try DC Empanadas but it doesn't come down by me often. I'll remember to try the spinach when it does! Yum!

It's pretty reasonable, too. $3.50 for one or 3 for $9. And they are a reasonable size that 3 doesn't feel like you are gorging yourself.

ALSO?! Curbside Cupcakes now does milkshakes.
