You know the picture of the Before Person in the cold and flu medication adverts? The one with the red, swollen eyes, the red nose, the sniffles, sneezes, and coughs surrounded by balled-up tissues?

That is me, right now.

Took the day off to try and recover a bit, but my boss has already called twice on work stuff... no rest for me!

Oh no! *sends chicken soup, hot tea, throat lozenges, and squishes* I'm sorry! Zinc lozenges taste horrid but they really do help. I hope you can beat it quickly. Also, BOO on the boss for calling while you're resting. :P Maybe the afternoon will be quieter.
