House woes

So we signed a purchase agreement on a house last night.  I am so in love with this house its ridiculous.  However, when our realtor went to bring the offer over last night he said he felt like things were a little bit fishy with some of the stuff that they told him.  There were some foundation problems that they never told us about before and
