My first entry. What can I say. This should be interesting. Being Painfully shy is not working for me. Starting the search for friends at 42y.o.a. should prove and interesting challange I have 100% of my life left to live and I no longer want to do it alone. If you are interested I would love to talk.

Well breifly I was going to suggest that it wasn't a very optomistic sounding reply. However I'm making a change. I'll take it as a challange. For over 10 years I've been afraid to let anyone get too close for fear that they to will abandon me. Unfortunatly It took a very long time to realize that I was missing out on all the fun stuff that goes on before that happens. So here's to challanges large and small. each one is a victory and a joy. (buy the way sorry it's taken so long to respond. I've thought about this about a dozen ways and written and erased about 6 different responses. Tonight I decided that screw it . it may not be perfect but it's a response. So Hi!! How are you?

I was beginning to wonder if you were still using LJ. You haven't had a post for a while. How'w life treating you out west? One of these day's I'm going to have to visit cal and see if it's everything I've heard it's susposed to be.
