yesterday was the kolb birthday party, and it was nice to go to their birthday party at the johnsons. it was not nice that on the way to the gas station (a mile from church) i ran out of gas (and this was NOT my fault--i am one of those compulsive people who keeps the gauge above a quarter tank) at an intersection in the left turn lane. it was nice ( Read more... )

OMG!!!! Sandra Day O'Conner is finally gone as of yesterday... the first female judge to sit on the bar of the Supreme Court... may she be replaced with someone equally strong and courageous. She is a pioneer for women in many ways, and while she like any human was not perfect, her example is inspiring to women everywhere...
