My back hurrrrts. I don't know why. I don't know what I did, but my lower back hurts so badly right now I want to cry. It started hurting yesterday. I didn't notice it until I stood up to leave from work. (Oh, yes, I got a job as a receptionist at some company... it's a nice place. The people there are friendly. *pets and huggles* I got those a couple of years back. For me it was because of my period. And the scientific reasoning, according to my gynocologist...when the ovaries release an egg, and the uterus receives it, and then disposes of it, proteins are released along wiht the process. Proteins that aren't absorbed well into your body, thus causing muscles and such to spasm and cause pain. I started with back aches, then it spread to full body aches when I had my periods. Now, nothing, not so much as a cramp...no idea why, my body is consistently wonky, so *shrug*. But I hope you feel loooooads better real soon! *squish*

*clings* Oh, I hope it's just that. I was putting heat on it, but then my aunt told me that, for a back ache, it's best to use ice. And I'm taking motrin, so the pain's a little lessened right now. I thought about skipping work, but then I figured I'll be in pain either way. May as well be getting paid for my time. ^_^ *glomps* Hope I can talk with you soon. It's been a freakin' crazy week.
