I get to wait until after Labour Day as well.
Aww.. I heart baking. Seriously, I rox at breakfast. Breakfast is MY specialty. That& desserts ((my mom KICKS BUTT at desserts. I try to learn)).
But yeah.. I agree on the cookies thing. I won't even go near baking bread. With my luck, it won't rise& remain a pancake thingy. Hehe.
