Baggage

No, the good kind. :)

I need to buy good luggage for a trip I will be taking soon. I also want a really good messenger bag.

Any suggestions of where I should go to buy them? Remember, it needs to be T accessible.

dunno about baggage, but for one of the best messenger bags on the market, go here. i got one at the beginning of my school and i have used it every single day since. i have their computer sleeve which has protected my computer multiple times when dropped, and Volta got me their iPod holder as a thank you for recommending them to him.

seriously worth the money. i have the "Ocho" size bag, and carry (comfortably) my computer, breakfast (2 cup container), lunch (another 2 cup container), wallet (large chequebook kind), and some kind of book. plus my various sundries: penknife, iPod, wires for charging, phone, etc. with some extra room if i need to pick something up while i am out and about.

oh, and i am a lefty, so i was able to customize it for left handed application.

besides: you can pick your own colors!

two thumbs up.

BTW - i believe someone in the local area sells these bags though not customized. you may have to email the company to find out who though.

Biker scum tell me timbuk2's quality has gone way down recently, and now recommend:

http://www.courierwareusa.com/
https://www.baileyworks.com/
http://www.chromebags.com/Messengerbags.html

I was happy with my timbuk2 bag, but it did not hold up at all in the crash; all of the plastic bits broke, and some of those were important for holding the strap on. Courierware seems to be the favourite of the local biker scum, and they are made locally in VT.
