Romantic comedies depress me too! But after Love Actually became the first movie to ever make me cry I am finally able to articulate why: It's not happening to me! There is no guy sawing his boat in half because I have shunned him, and there certianly isn't a guy learning a foreign languague in order to ask me to marry him!
