After class, Jaina went back to her office to keep Sneaker from getting into any trouble while she took care of some things. Not that she had to worry about that, really, but there wasn't a point to going to the junkyard she lived next to and then coming back, so.

When she noticed John in his office, though, she detoured to stand in the doorway and note, "Somehow I thought I wouldn't see you back in here."

"There's pizza here," John pointed out. "And an awesome chair that I know how to lower so my feet touch the ground." Mocking her was fun, yes.

"I know how to lower it," Jaina frowned. "I just wasn't about to do it when you'd mock me. Like you never would otherwise, of course."

"Of course." John pulled on the handle to raise the chair up. "Oh wait, my feet touch all the time with this chair. Isn't that amazing?"
