Anyway, this is a recipe I need to try, but with pears rather than peaches:
From Kenneth - Amazing: a little butter in cast iron pan, cook peach 1/2s face down, then them cut up, sprinkle on some sugar, add Benedictine to deglaze.
Or maybe some muscat or port? Yum
