Interesting. I do not get any of the references -- but that's just me, I'm not a big TV or movie girl. I find it interesting that we both mentioned cardinals and blue jays... Wait -- is the last line Hermione's cat and Ron's rat?

Cardinals and bluejays are such staples of late winter/early spring -- I agree it is interesting we both mentioned them :)

You bet the geese are plotting! ... on the surface, they plot where best to leave 'presents' for us humans to step on, but inside those little brains with their beady little eyes... surely they think of world domination, one mine-field at a time!
