Interesting. A mer person? The transition is beautifully done.

Indeed, a merperson :) Thank you, I'm glad the transition came across well!

How strange... I seem to be surrounded by mer-people. Went to the cinema last night and saw a lovely love story about a mer MAN... "Vincent, who doesn't have any scales!"

such fun, and doesn't one WISH...

Thank you.....Bless.

Well now I have to ask, which movie did you go see? I am curious!!

Oh do I ever wish! (and ever since I started watching "Mako Mermaids" a Netflix original series, the wishing has been that much stronger...)

The 'Vincent, who doesn't have scales.'

or in the French, as it IS a french film...

'Vincent m'a pas d'ecailles' directed by Thomas Salvador.

It's new out this last Feb. Tis LOVELY....

I thought the title sounded a little strange for an English-language film -- I'm always eager to check out new French films too! Le français, c'est mon deuxième langue :)

I watched the bande annonce, and can't wait to check out the full thing! :) Thank you so much, blue!

I like the use of the incantation and wetting the stone as a way to return to the sea. Nicely done :)

Thank you, darlinleo :)

(truth be told: when I was coming up with the incantation, the tune that pushed it along was the first one on this video from the Mako Mermaids tv show: https://youtu.be/D-xaZJxAIqQ - that was the only one I could find in about 5 minutes of searching). I might have a slight obsessions with it as of late...haha.

So much merness, so little time. (And magic.)
The teleportation ritual was amazing! Nicely done.

Isn't that the truth?! Well, maybe a little more of that magic will come around to swim and play for this week's prompt, who knows? :)

Thank you, I'm glad you liked the ritual! I had fun imagining how it would look and work :)
