A few weeks ago, a group of us went to Laser Quest for eleclya_m's birthday. The idea was to run around shooting each other with funky gun things. And also to have immense fun pretending we were inside the BSG episode Valley of Darkness.....geeky? Moi? Never.

That woman must've thought we were completely mental when I was stodd there taking a picture of the door. Mind you, I think she already thought we were pretty weird, as did the 3 random guys.

I have to say, I'm proud of how well that pic came out, considering the crapiness of the lighting there (since y'know, the whole point is that it's only lit by U-V). Of course, it does make me wonder why none of my pictures from C9 came out as well as that one. Ah well, Sod's Law I guess

I totally did the 'pretend we're in BSG thing' too when last laser questing, although I sadly, was the only one who knew of the show, so I was alone in doing it. I also usually do the 'Action Kate' thing from the Voyager episode 'Macrocosm'. Frak, she kicks ass in that episode.
