You know, that's the first time I've seen that picture and realized that Mary McDonnell was in fact wearing a shirt.
What? I thought New Caprica had a tragic shirt shortage, and Maya and Tory made Laura a new suit from the curtains or something, but could find no shirt to clothe their glorious leader.
Alas, she is indeed wearing a shirt and much to our dismay, it is covering The Girls up. I guess sharp suit sans shirt would have been way too much hot to handle, network and fan-wise. *grins*
I do like your theory though. I smell a devious plot on Tory and Maya's behalf. I can imagine them looking faux-sorrowfully at their glorious leader saying, "We're really sorry Laura. We looked and looked for one, we swear. 'Fraid you're just going to have to skip wearing a shirt."
Well, it's not a super-low-cut or immodest suit or anything; it could definitely be worn without a shirt, and the skin-tone-matching top does give it a bit of frisson.
YEH SHE IS!!!! She frakking hot! I swear every time I see this pic I think she's wearing knee high boots. Wouldn't that be awesome if she was *drools and faints*

I'll be here, staring at that picture, if I'm needed. For hours.

I shall e-mail you my address just as soon as I'm done being terrorized by the Yellow Blanket Mosnter (don't ask).
