I believe they are the same thing; just that "pwns" is the jokey spelling of it that derives from typos (in the same vein as "the/teh") .

Although, I must confess that I always read it as (phonetically said here) "pew-ns", because I like the meaning I constructed in my head (she "pwns" you = she makes you look so "puny" and crap). ;)

It was the gruff manly man-pain that sent me over the edge. Heen.

Yeah, that one line of his about the people choosing to be there obviously pissed me off enough to grr at him in my first R/Z fic. (Luckily for me I was nicer to him in the second. Of course he still didn't to frak Laura, so maybe not so nice. Heen.)

I love Adama, despite his missteps, but it's poosible that I always manage to see a little Roberto Mendoza everytime he's on screen. Hmm.

That was immensely gratifying to read, because of my own personal not-so-mild contempt dislike of Mr. Pratface Porn!stache. And he thinks Laura would actually settle down with him! Paaaaaaah. She would pretend to, and then go and frak a) his son, b) his favourite female snarky viper pilot, c) her presidential aide person and d) ANYONE ELSE rather than him.

*cough* ...I might like him a little less than I previously thought. Although I do agree that he can redeem himself slightly on occasion by making Laura smile.
